Ampli provides data collection, survey hosting, consumer insights, and anonymized datasets for research, enterprise, and artificial intelligence applications. We may also provide white-label data collection and verification solutions for universities, nonprofits, think tanks, enterprises, and government agencies.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
4. Data Collection & Consent
By submitting information through our forms or participating in surveys, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. All data collection is performed with explicit consent and is logged with timestamp, IP address, user agent, and page URL. Verification may be provided via TrustedForm, Jornaya, or equivalent compliance certificates.
5. Use of Data
- Personal data is used to match you with research, survey opportunities, or relevant partners.
- Anonymized and aggregated datasets may be used for analytics, AI/ML model training, or research purposes.
- You may not re-identify or attempt to re-identify anonymized data provided by Ampli.

- Resell or redistribute Ampli data or Services without express written permission.

Certain Services may require payment, such as subscriptions, data licenses, or project fees. All fees are due according to the terms outlined in your order, invoice, or agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of Services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, datasets, software, and materials provided through the Services are the property of Ampli or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of our materials without written consent.
9. Confidentiality
If you access non-public data or Services under an agreement with Ampli, you must keep such information confidential and use it solely for the permitted purpose.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ampli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ampli, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to Ampli, other users, or third parties.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
